2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the Department of Transportation, and other agencies, organizations or persons appointed by the chairpersons and ranking members of the joint standing Transportation committee, shall conduct a feasibility and impact study of the conversion of high-occupancy vehicle lanes to "trucks and buses only" lanes.
