AN ACT CONCERNING THE TALMUDIC INSTITUTE OF CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Talmudic Institute of Connecticut in the city of Bridgeport shall have the authority to provide programs of higher learning leading to a degree upon the evaluation and approval of such programs by the Board of Governors of Higher Education in accordance with the provisions of section 10a-34 of the general statutes.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

To authorize the Talmudic Institute of Connecticut to provide certificate programs.
