714 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

916 Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Talmudic Institute of Connecticut in the city of Bridgeport shall have the authority to provide programs of higher learning leading to a certificate upon the evaluation and approval of such programs by the Board of Governors of Higher Education in accordance with the provisions of section 10a-34 of the general statutes.

11-Sec. 2. (Effective from passage) The Bais Binyomin Academy in the city of Stamford shall have the authority to provide programs of higher learning leading to a certificate upon the evaluation and approval of such programs by the Board of Governors of Higher Education in accordance with the provisions of section 10a-34 of the general statutes.
