AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE CONNECTICUT CRUISE SHIP TASK FORCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2011) The sum of seventy-five thousand dollars is appropriated to the Department of Economic and Community Development or the Commission on Culture and Tourism, as the case may be, from the General Fund or a fund used to promote state tourism, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012, for the Connecticut Cruise Ship Task Force to promote and develop cruise ship tourism in the state.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
