AN ACT CONCERNING TIMETABLES FOR MUNICIPAL BINDING ARBITRATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. Subdivision (7) of subsection (d) of section 7-473c of the general statutes is repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective October 1, 2011):
(7) The parties may jointly file with the panel stipulations modifying, deferring or waiving any [or all provisions] provision of this subsection, except that no provision establishing the time period for filing any document required, permitted or not waived by the parties may be modified or deferred by stipulation of the parties.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
