Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) The Commissioner of Consumer Protection, with the advice and assistance of the Electrical Work Board, shall adopt regulations, in accordance with chapter 54 of the general statutes, to establish the scope of solar electricity work permitted by PV-1 and PV-2 license holders. Such regulations shall allow a PV-1 license holder to perform complete working photovoltaic system installations without the assistance of an unlimited E-1 license holder.
