AN ACT CONCERNING PERFORMANCE-BASED TOURISM MARKETING.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2011) As part of the eligibility criteria for its tourism grants, the Connecticut Commission of Culture and Tourism shall require applicants to raise matching funds from private sources.

 


This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

Statement of Purpose: 

To require organizations that receive Connecticut Commission on Culture and Tourism grants to raise matching private moneys.
