(Effective from passage) (a) The Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall appoint a working group for the purpose of advising the commissioner regarding proposed statutory changes to alcoholic liquor permit fees contained in title 30 of the general statutes. Such advice shall include, but not be limited to, recommendations on the restructuring of such liquor permit fees to ensure individual permit holders are not charged fees that are disproportionate to fees charged to other permit holders under title 30 of the general statutes. | |
