28 | 28 | Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2011) The Department of Public Utility Control shall initiate a docket to develop Connecticut-based renewable technologies. The department shall report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, the findings of such docket to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to technology on or before February 1, 2012. | |
