(NEW) (Effective October 1, 2011) No person, firm or corporation shall be disqualified from bidding on or performing under a state contract due to the results of any preliminary evaluation of the commercial vehicles safety record of such person, firm or corporation, and any such person, firm or corporation shall be entitled to a second evaluation of such safety record. | |
