AN ACT CONCERNING CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS FOR EMPLOYEES OF HOMEMAKER-COMPANION AGENCIES AND HOME HEALTH AGENCIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to enhance the background check requirements for employees of homemaker-companion agencies and home health agencies.

Statement of Purpose: 

To enhance the background check requirements for employees of homemaker-companion agencies and home health agencies.
