| 25 | 25 | That chapter 539 of the general statutes be amended to (1) require that anyone who applies for and receives a crane operator's apprentice license be enrolled in a registered apprenticeship program, (2) increase the penalty for anyone operating a crane without a license or without being enrolled in a registered apprenticeship program, and (3) permit the Department of Public Safety to remove any violator from the job site. | |
