AN ACT ESTABLISHING A FOSTER PARENT BILL OF RIGHTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a foster parent bill of rights that would require the Department of Children and Families to provide certain information and support to licensed foster parents.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a foster parent bill of rights.
