2121 AN ACT CONCERNING THE ENHANCED PENALTY FOR THE SALE OR POSSESSION OF DRUGS IN SCHOOL ZONES.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That sections 21a-267, 21a-278a and 21a-279 of the general statutes be amended to reduce the area around a school in which, and the hours during which, a person is subject to an enhanced penalty for the sale or possession of controlled substances or drug paraphernalia.
