AN ACT EXPANDING THE RECREATIONAL LAND USE ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 52-557f to 52-557i, inclusive, of the general statutes be amended to extend immunity to municipalities, railroads and private landowners that make land available to the public without charge, rent, fee or other commercial service for recreational purposes.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage more landowners to make their land available to the public for recreational purposes.
