| 25 | 25 | That chapter 368v of the general statutes be amended to require that any health care institution that performs a computerized axial tomography diagnostic imaging service for the benefit of a patient shall record the radiation dose associated with such service and, in the event there is a radiation overdose attributable to such service, shall inform the patient and patient's physician of such overdose. | |
