AN ACT CONCERNING CYBERBULLYING AMONG STUDENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 10-222d, 10-222g, 10-222h and 10-220a of the general statutes be amended to include cyberbullying as part of the state's laws regarding bullying in schools.
Statement of Purpose:
To strengthen Connecticut's anti-bullying laws by prohibiting cyberbullying amongst students.
