AN ACT CONCERNING THE POSSESSIONS OF EVICTED TENANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 47a-42 of the general statutes be amended to repeal the requirement that municipalities store the possessions of evicted tenants.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the requirement that municipalities store the possessions of evicted tenants.
