AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALE OF WINE WITH GIFT BASKETS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to create a gift basket retailer permit to allow the retail sale of wine included in a gift basket.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a gift basket retailer permit to allow for the retail sale of wine with gift baskets.
