AN ACT PROHIBITING THE SALE OF JEWELRY THROUGH THE MAIL ON THE SECONDARY MARKET.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the sale of jewelry through the mail on the secondary market.
Statement of Purpose:
To curb the fencing of stolen goods.
