AN ACT CONCERNING THE RETAIL SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON SUNDAYS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (d) of section 30-91 of the general statutes be amended to allow the sale of alcoholic liquor on Sundays in places operating under package store or grocery store beer permits.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the retail sale of alcoholic beverages on Sundays in package stores and grocery stores.
