AN ACT CONCERNING ENFORCEMENT OF TRAFFIC SIGNS ON CERTAIN COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That sections 14-311 to 14-311b, inclusive, of the general statutes be amended to provide that any police officer may enforce traffic control signals and devices that the State Traffic Commission establishes in any parking area for twenty or more vehicles or for any commercial establishment having an exit or entrance on or abutting or adjoining any state highway.

Statement of Purpose: 

To permit police officers to enforce traffic control signals and devices established on certain commercial properties.
