AN ACT CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY OF PODIATRY SERVICES UNDER THE MEDICAID PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to include services provided by a podiatrist among the services available under the Medicaid program.
Statement of Purpose:
To include podiatry as an optional service available under the Medicaid program.
