25 | 25 | That subsection (d) of section 10-262i of the general statutes be amended to extend the exception to the minimum budget requirement by replacing June 30, 2010, with June 30, 2011, and to increase the amount by which a district may reduce its budgeted appropriation for education by replacing three thousand with seven thousand. | |
