AN ACT CONCERNING UPDATES TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSISTANCE ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (f) of section 12-632 of the general statutes be amended to allow the sum of all tax credits granted pursuant to the provisions of section 12-633, 12-634, 12-635 or 12-635a of the general statutes not exceed two hundred fifty thousand dollars and that subsection (j) of section 12-632 of the general statutes be repealed.
Statement of Purpose:
To update the Neighborhood Assistance Act.
