AN ACT CONCERNING SITES FOR NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that the Connecticut Siting Council shall develop a preapproved list of sites for potential nuclear power plants.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the siting council to preapprove potential sites for nuclear power plants in the state.
