2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That section 19a-491 of the general statutes be amended to provide that the Department of Public health shall require home health care agencies and homemaker-home health aide agencies to conduct criminal background checks on all prospective employees as a condition of obtaining and maintaining licensure from the department.
