2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That chapter 368a of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Public Health to instruct local health districts that they are to eliminate the assessment of a food service permit fee for businesses that participate in farmers' markets.
