AN ACT CONCERNING AN EXEMPTION FROM THE BUSINESS ENTITY TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-284b of the general statutes be amended to exempt any business entity from the two-hundred-fifty-dollar business entity tax, unless such entity earns over ten thousand dollars in profit for the taxable year.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt certain small businesses from the business entity tax.
