2121 AN ACT CONCERNING DEFINITIONS PERTAINING TO THE STATE SPENDING CAP.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to require the General Assembly to comply with the state Constitution by mandating that the enactment or amendment of certain definitions pertaining to the state spending cap be adopted by a vote of three-fifths of the members of each house of the General Assembly.
