2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to define terms relating to the constitutional spending cap by a vote of three-fifths of the members of each house of the General Assembly as required by Article XXVIII of the Amendments to the Constitution of the state of Connecticut.
