AN ACT CORRECTING THE STATE PLAN OF CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to correct the state plan of conservation and development to reflect that the parcel of land in the Frances J. Clarke Industrial Park in the town of Bethel, which was erroneously classified as open space by the state, be reclassified as other lands of Bethel.
Statement of Purpose:
To correct the state's erroneous classification of a parcel of land in Bethel.
