AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR BROWNFIELDS REDEVELOPMENT GRANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of ___ dollars be appropriated to the Department of Environmental Protection, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012, for the purpose of providing sufficient funds for brownfields redevelopment grants.
Statement of Purpose:
To fund brownfields redevelopment.
