AN ACT CONCERNING SURCHARGES FOR THE ECONOMIC RECOVERY REVENUE BONDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to repeal the surcharge on electric bills that is being used to pay off the economic recovery revenue bonds.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the electric bill surcharge that is being used to pay off the economic recovery revenue bonds.
