AN ACT CONCERNING OFFERS OF COMPROMISE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 201 of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Revenue Services to adopt regulations governing offers of compromise.
Statement of Purpose:
To clarify the requirements for offers of compromise.
