2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That chapter 228d of the general statutes be amended to require that the Marijuana and Controlled Substances Tax be assessed at any disposition of a drug case in state courts, including dispositions involving diversionary programs.
