AN ACT REPEALING THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING LAND USE APPEALS PROCESS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 126a of the general statutes be repealed.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the affordable housing land use appeals process.
