2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to authorize municipalities to provide tax abatements for existing deed-restricted apartments, whether or not such apartments are owner-occupied, and to permit the inclusion of all such apartments for purposes of applying for a certificate of affordable housing completion.
