2121 AN ACT REFORMING THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING LAND USE APPEALS PROCEDURE.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to (1) shift the burden of proof in an affordable housing land use appeal to the applicant, or (2) allow a commission to deny or modify an affordable housing application when the development proposed by such application would violate (A) the open space requirements of the municipality, or (B) density regulations.
