AN ACT CONCERNING AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to allow municipalities to include existing apartments when applying for a certificate of affordable housing project completion.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit municipalities to include existing apartments when determining the number of affordable housing units in a municipality.
