AN ACT CONCERNING CERTIFICATES OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMPLETION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to allow municipalities to include in-law apartments when applying for a certificate of affordable housing project completion.
Statement of Purpose:
To include in-law apartments as affordable units for purposes of certificates of affordable housing project completion.
