AN ACT CONCERNING CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to provide that affordable housing units are not required to be owner-occupied.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the number of affordable housing units available in a municipality.
