AN ACT ELIMINATING THE AGE CAP FOR HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR SPECIALIZED FORMULA.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That sections 38a-492c and 38a-518c of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the age cap for specialized formula covered under individual and group health insurance policies.

Statement of Purpose: 

To eliminate the age cap for specialized formula covered under individual and group health insurance policies.
