AN ACT CONCERNING THE PREVENTION OF URBAN YOUTH VIOLENCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to (1) inventory programs and services designed to promote positive youth development, and (2) identify at-risk youth for the purpose of referring such youth to appropriate programs, services and agencies.
Statement of Purpose:
