AN ACT CONCERNING FORECLOSURE WHEN LEGAL TITLE HAS NOT BEEN CONVEYED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 49-17 of the general statutes be repealed.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal provisions concerning foreclosure by a person to whom the legal title to the mortgaged premises has not been conveyed.
