AN ACT REPEALING CHANGES TO INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS UNDER THE COMMON INTEREST OWNERSHIP ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 828 of the general statutes be amended to repeal the changes enacted pursuant to public act 09-225 to insurance requirements under the Common Interest Ownership Act.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the changes enacted pursuant to public act 09-225 to insurance requirements under the Common Interest Ownership Act.
