AN ACT CONCERNING TRAINING FOR JUDGES WHO HEAR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Chief Court Administrator to hold quarterly meetings and training for judges assigned to hear domestic violence cases in the Superior Court.
Statement of Purpose:
To require additional training for judges assigned to hear domestic violence cases in the Superior Court.
