2121 AN ACT CONCERNING THE SENTENCING OF REPEAT VIOLENT OFFENDERS.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That section 53a-40 of the general statutes be amended to provide that violent offenders who have twice previously been convicted and sentenced for the commission of a violent offense shall be sentenced to a term of life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.
