| 25 | 25 | That section 27-73e of the general statutes be amended to provide that the Adjutant General shall award the Connecticut Veterans' Wartime Service Medal to any member of the merchant marine, as defined in section 9-25a of the general statutes, who served in time of war and who (1) was a resident of this state at the time he or she entered service with the merchant marine, or (2) is domiciled in this state on the date of such award. | |
