AN ACT CONCERNING RECREATIONAL IMMUNITY FOR MUNICIPALITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 52-557f of the general statutes, concerning recreational immunity, be amended to include a municipality in the definition of "owner."
Statement of Purpose:
To restore recreational immunity for municipalities.
